This 12GB 3 Mobile Broadband Starter Kit comes pre-loaded with 12GB of data allowance on your account on registration. This data lasts, dependant on your usage, for up to 12 months. Once you have used the included data, or once the 12 months starter period has expired, you can top of the SIM with as little or as much credit as you require at your own discretion - the modem and SIM is yours to keep.
For example - 1GB of data could let you: Send 650 plain text emails AND surf the web for 30 hours AND download 30 two minute videos AND download 60 music tracks.

Small products
Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 2-3 working days of placing your order (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods).
Premium courier delivery service
If you choose a product which is delivered by courier, you may be offered the option of paying a small extra charge for a premium delivery service. In this case, your product will be delivered on the date and during any time slot you've specified. Premium delivery is not available for products delivered direct from the supplier.
All deliveries must be signed for.
Large products
Our Home Delivery Service - normally 5 Days
If you choose a product which is delivered by our home delivery service (i.e. a large kitchen appliance or a TV 37" +, but excluding items delivered direct from supplier) you will be able to choose your preferred delivery dates when you order. We will make every effort to deliver in line with your preferences. We will contact you beforehand to confirm the delivery date and, if possible, an am or pm delivery slot. This will usually be in our third email to you.
