The Nintendo Wii was, and remains, a revelation in gaming. The first games console to fully utilise motion capture and throw you into your games, the Wii took on the challenge of making gaming truly active (although if anyone has played ’Track & Field’ they will be fully aware that some games were a workout already), and developed a phenomenon that left families and friends laughing and sweating their way through a multitude of games.
