Instant Replacement offers protection for 3 years and is available on most products costing between £20 and £150.
It’s really straightforward; if your product breaks down, just bring it back to one of our stores with your receipt and we’ll give you a new one on the spot.
You are entitled to as many new replacement products as necessary within the 3 years of the agreement.

that produces steam on demand so you can refill as you steam. Floors dry in
less than 2 minutes, thanks to a breathable fabric pocket that prevents the
build up of condensation.
The S3501 Steam Pocket Mop's
extra long 7.5 metre cable allows you to cover most room without the need to
unplug, and the head of swivels through 180 degrees for ease of manoeuvre.
Interchangeable pocket pads are included.
