1. What are your delivery options?
Small products, such as cameras etc. are delivered by courier or post, whilst larger products are delivered through our own delivery service.

2. How do I know when my order will be delivered?
You will receive an email once your order has been confirmed that will give you details of how you can track your order.

3. Can I change the delivery date of my order?
For larger products, it may be possible to change the delivery date, please use the contact us facility on the Customer Support page . Unfortunately we cannot change the delivery date of small items delivered by courier or post.

4. Can you collect my old product?
For products delivered through our home delivery service we can take your old product away, free of charge, all we ask is that you disconnect the product, making sure it if defrosted/emptied of water etc. -
5. Can you install my new product?
We offer a range of installation services to make sure you get the best from your purchase, just select the right service, by clicking ‘add installation’, when you place your order.
